How to buy?
In this section, we teach you everything you need to know about how to buy at Motoriza24H.
To find a product, you can use the navigation menu. You’ll find it at the top of the website. This will give you access to all the product categories available in our online store.
Some categories are further divided into subcategories. These allow you to access listings of more specific items. If you wish, you can sort them from cheapest to most expensive and vice versa.
You can also use the search bar at the top of our page. The results will show available items based on the information you enter.
It’s quite simple.
When you type a term into the search box, the closest possible results will be displayed.
This way, you can narrow your search, since you will have a list with all the products available based on the data entered.
To add items to the shopping cart, the most important thing is to specify the measurements you want (if the product requires it).
Before buying, check that the measurements are correct. If you need help with this, check out our How to Take Measurements section.
Next, choose the color, finish, and accessories you want. Then, simply click the “Add to Cart” button. A window will then appear with your order summary, where you can remove the selected item, continue shopping, or complete your purchase.
If you click on the “Cart” button (at the top right of the website), a window will also appear with the order summary, where you can perform the actions we just mentioned, as well as the options to “Download cart as PDF” and “Apply coupon”.

You don’t need to register to buy from Sistemas24H, but you can become a user quickly and easily:
Tap on “My Account” and you’ll see the “Create Account” button on the right side of the screen. Tap it to register. You can choose to log in with Facebook or Google, or fill out the following fields:
– First Name (or Company Name)
– Last Name (not required for companies)
– National ID or Tax ID Number
– Country/Region
– Street Address
– Postal Code
– City/Town
– Province/Province
– Phone Number
– Email Address
– Password
And that’s it! By completing this information, you will be registered with Motoriza24H.
I can’t access my account
To access our online store, you will be asked to enter the email address and password you chose when you registered. If you have trouble logging in, please check that both details are correct.
If your email address is correct and you still can’t access your account, we recommend resetting your password. In the “Login / Register” section, you’ll find the “Forgot your password?” link, located just below the password field on the left.
Click on it and enter your user email address. Once you do, we’ll send you instructions on how to reset it.
If you still cannot access your account at this point, please contact our Customer Support Department. We will try to locate and resolve the problem.
We’ll tell you how to place an order in 5 simple steps:
1. Browse Motoriza24H until you find the item you’re looking for. Select it and indicate the dimensions, color, quantity, etc. you want. Then, click “Add to Cart“.
2.- In the shopping cart, you will see the selected products and their price.
3.- If you are not registered, please provide us with the necessary information to send you the order (name, address, telephone, etc.).
4.- If you have a discount coupon, you can enter it now.
5. Choose how to pay for your order and click on “Buy now” to be taken to the payment gateway.
6. Once payment is received, we will ship your order. You will receive an email with a summary containing all the details, in case you have any questions.
At Motoriza24H, we accept the following payment methods for orders:
