Can an order that has already been placed be modified or cancelled?<\/b><\/p>\n

Yes<\/b>. As long as your order status is not “Processing”, “Shipped” or “Delivered”. <\/p>\n

Please note that if the material has already been cut, we cannot make changes. Therefore, we will be obliged to send the product with the measurements you originally provided. <\/p>\n

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. You can do this in two ways: call us at 926 531 113 or email us at info@motoriza24h.com. Choose the method that is most convenient for you and include your order reference number. <\/p>\n

What happens if, when modifying the order, the resulting amount is less than the initial amount?<\/b><\/p>\n

If the change to your order involves removing an item, we will refund its price using the same payment method you used, within the refund period.
We remind you of the payment options we accept at Sistemas24H:
– Credit card.
– BIZUM
– PayPal.
– Bank Transfer.<\/p>\n

However, you can indicate another way of refunding the amount different from the one you initially chose (which does not involve any additional costs as a result of said refund).<\/p>\n

What happens if, when modifying the order, the resulting amount is higher than the initial amount?<\/b><\/p>\n

If you’d like to add another product, we’ll contact you with the details and a payment link so you can pay the difference. Once you pay, your exchange will be completed. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you haven’t received your order yet, there could be several reasons. We’ll explain each one: <\/p>\n

My order has not yet left the warehouse<\/b><\/p>\n

As soon as your order leaves our facilities, we will send you an email with a tracking link. This way you can track your shipment. <\/p>\n

If the delivery deadline has passed and you still haven’t received your order, we will contact you immediately.
However, we invite you to contact us so we can answer your questions.<\/p>\n

The status of my order is \u201cProcessing\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Your order is at our facility and we are preparing it for shipment. The product details show the estimated manufacturing time. If this timeframe is exceeded, there may be an issue. If so, we will inform you as soon as possible. <\/p>\n

Check your email; you may have already received a message from us. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can contact us yourself. <\/p>\n

Your order has been shipped<\/b><\/p>\n

If your order status is “Shipped,” it will arrive at your address soon. Check your inbox, as you should have received an email with the carrier’s tracking code. If you don’t have the email, you can find the code in your order history. <\/p>\n

These are our delivery times:
– Roller, sliding and fixed mosquito nets (all finishes): 24-48 hours, up to 10 working days.
– Pleated, side and hinged door mosquito nets (all standard finishes): 3 to 15 working days.
– Aluminum blinds (all finishes): 24-48 hours, to 5 working days.
– PVC blinds (all finishes): 3 to 5 working days.
– Sun control (All products and colors): 3 to 4 business days.
– Profiles: depending on color availability.
– Accessories and spare parts: 24-48 hours.<\/p>\n

All orders are shipped via courier, with delivery times depending on weight and destination. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, on business days. Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, delivery will take a maximum of two days. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In this section, we will answer questions related to possible issues that may arise with an order:<\/p>\n

Product damaged in transit<\/b><\/p>\n

If, upon receiving your product, you notice that it has been damaged during transport, we will arrange to collect the damaged item and send you a replacement in good condition. We will do so as soon as possible; however, you must Please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date.<\/b> <\/p>\n

If this is not feasible for you (for example, due to a very large order or any other reason), please write “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the delivery note. These simple instructions will allow us to file a claim with the shipping company in case of breakage or damage. <\/p>\n

Extract from the Commercial Code Law, Article 366:<\/i>
\u201cWithin twenty-four hours of receiving the goods, a claim may be made against the carrier for any damage or loss found upon opening the packages, provided that the signs of the damage or loss giving rise to the claim are not visible on the exterior of the packages, in which case the claim will only be accepted at the time of receipt. After the aforementioned time period has elapsed, or once the freight charges have been paid, no claim will be accepted against the carrier regarding the condition in which the goods were delivered.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parts of a product are missing<\/b><\/p>\n

Write to us or call us to report the issue with your order. To help resolve it, we’ll need a brief description of the missing part. Please take a photo if you think it’s necessary to better identify the problem.

– The order reference.
– Your full name.
– Your contact phone number.
– The description of the missing piece. <\/p>\n

Once we have this information, a note will be sent to the factory to arrange for the shipment of the material.<\/p>\n

One product is missing.<\/b><\/p>\n

Is your order missing an item? This could be due to one of these two reasons:
– I’ll ship it in two packages<\/b>: Sometimes, your order will be delivered in two shipments. Please check the delivery note; it will specify the number of packages sent.
– Logistical error<\/b>: Perhaps we haven’t added a product by mistake. In this case, please tell us which item you haven’t received by phone or email. <\/p>\n

We will forward the issue to the factory shortly so that the shipment can be made as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. <\/p>\n

The measurements are incorrect<\/b><\/p>\n

First, check the measurements you requested when you confirmed your order. If you need help verifying them, take a look at our How to Take Measurements section. <\/p>\n

If the measurements of the item you purchased do not match those you selected when placing your order, you can open a support ticket. Contact our Customer Service Department to resolve it as soon as possible. <\/p>\n

I received the wrong product or order.<\/b>
Contact us to report the issue with your order. Describe what happened and please attach a photograph.:
– Photo of the item you received.
– Photo of the box, showing the shipping agency sticker. <\/p>\n

We will review the documentation you provide. Once we verify the error, we will resend the correct order. <\/p>\n

The same courier will pick up the wrong package. We would appreciate it if you could have the product ready in its original packaging or, at least, as well packaged as possible.

In this section, we will address issues that may be of interest to you as a consumer, related to the right of withdrawal:<\/p>\n

Description of the right of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n

Withdrawal refers to the customer’s right to return an item within a legal period, without needing to allege or give explanation or suffer penalty.<\/p>\n

Standard items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Custom-made products are non-returnable. <\/p>\n

Consequences of withdrawal<\/b>
As soon as we are notified of your wish to withdraw and accept the return, we will refund the purchase amount in the same payment method you used to place the order (unless you prefer another method, which will not involve any additional cost).<\/p>\n

How to return a product<\/b>
Contact us and send an email to postventa@sistemas24h.com explaining the reason for the return. Send the item back in its original packaging, postage prepaid, along with a copy of the invoice, to this address: <\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrives in different or damaged packaging, the refund will not be in full. <\/p>\n

Once we verify that the product is complete and in good condition, we will refund your money, deducting the shipping costs of the order.<\/p>\n

Refunds will be processed within approximately 2-3 business days, once we receive the merchandise in our workshop.<\/p>\n

We are not responsible for shipments made through the “Postal and Telegraph Service”. We recommend sending packages through a logistics or express delivery company. <\/p>\n

CLARIFICATION: All orders that are not properly documented will result in a delay in processing returns.<\/p>\n

How can I find out if you have received the refund?<\/b><\/p>\n

If we haven’t contacted you, it’s because our warehouse hasn’t yet verified that we’ve received your product. As soon as we do, we’ll notify you immediately. <\/p>\n

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal will not apply in these circumstances:
The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.<\/p>\n

The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.<\/p>\n

The warranty is valid for 3 years<\/b> from the date of delivery. It does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, improper voltage, misuse, or improper handling. <\/p>\n

During this warranty period, we will address any non-conformities that may arise. You may inform us of them within 2 months<\/b> of becoming aware of them.<\/p>\n

Sistemas24H will proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination. These services are free of charge for the consumer. <\/p>\n
